Arcadia Quartet performs in St Petersburg

Arcadia Quartet made their debut in Russia in November with a programme of Mozart, Bartok and Mendelssohn in the St.Petersburg Philharmonia, the oldest Philharmonia in Russia. It’s history goes back to 1802 when the St Petersburg Philharmonic Society, the first one in Europe, was created.

Cellist Jonathan Swensen wins 1st Prize at the 2019 Windsor Festival International String Competition.

We are delighted to announce that cellist, Jonathan Swensen won 1st Prize at the 2019 Windsor Festival International String Competition. 2nd Prize was awarded to cellist Jamal Aliyev and 3rd Prize to violinist, Mathilde Milwidsky.
