London Conchord Ensemble

London Conchord Ensemble is a flexible chamber music ensemble of internationally recognised young soloists, chamber musicians and principals from the BBC Symphony Orchestra, the Royal Opera House Orchestra, the Philharmonia, Scottish Chamber Orchestra and the Chamber Orchestra of Europe.


Tasmin Little

A busy Autumn beckons for Tasmin Little, currently recording a new concerto disc with the BBC Philharmonic and Edward Gardiner for the Chandos Label. Her recital life takes her to Bradford Cathedral, Duffield and Bridgewater Hall while concerto performances include the Warsaw Philharmonic, Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, Oxford Philomusica and BBC National Orchestra of Wales amongst others.


Windsor Festival International String Competition

International competition for violinists, violists and cellists of all nationalities, aged between 16 – 26 for the 2013 4th Windsor Festival International String Competition. The competition takes place in Windsor Castle, March 2013.

After their acclaimed Wigmore Hall recital in May, catch the Dimension Trio in recital at Beaminster Festival on 25 June and Ulverston Festival on 27 June. Programmes include works by Ireland, Schubert, Suk and Schoenberg.


The Delius anniversary year

The Delius anniversary year continues for cellist, Thomas Carroll with a recital in Bradford Cathedral on 22 June. Thomas is related to Frederick Delius’ and this special recital journey has taken him from Bradford, Delius’ birthplace to Limpsfield, Delius’ final resting place.

Huge congratulations to Anthony Hewitt who has completed his Olympian piano and cycle journey from Land’s End to John O’Groats. 22 recitals in 21 days, raising in excess of £13,000 for charity was no mean feat. Anthony, we salute you and we thank all of those presenters throughout Great Britain who supported this extraordinary project.
